Are you making New Year’s resolutions for 2012? In this video I talk about why resolutions don’t usually work and how to make yours work for you.  I also give you questions to answer to help wrap up 2011 and get 2012 off to a great start. The questions from the video are listed below.

Answer the following questions to get more of what you want in 2012:

  • What are the ten 2011 things/events you are grateful for?
  • What did you want to do/be/have in 2011 and which of these did you accomplish?
  • What are the ten thing you want to do/be/have in 2012?
  • How are you going to accomplish this? Make a written plan!
